Cyclone Fight Challenge Weekly Time Table.
Your choice of any 10 x 30min sessions per week for flexibility and time-efficiency. Each session focuses on different aspects of the fight. Also included is an individualised 30min partner session every saturday morning that tests fitness and skills. Must attend a minimum of 2 sessoins per week to be deemed fit to fight.
