MMA Fighter Brendan O’Reilly, Punches with Cyclone

Before he left for Canada to represent Australia in TUF Nations, MMA fighter Brendan O'Reilly sought some of the best coaches in different disciplines to help lift his game. I had the honour of working on his punch technique. Here is some of what we worked on:
